Job summary

AES Drilling Fluids, LLC is looking for a hardworking Warehouse Worker/Mud Plant Operator in Clinton, OK. The role centers on maintaining warehouse inventory with organized stocking and restocking, and supporting mud plant operations by blending mud products while keeping the site clean and safe.

Starting pay is $22.50 per hour, with overtime and year-end bonuses. Benefits include affordable medical/dental/vision, company-paid life insurance, paid time off, a 401K with 6% match, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Prior warehouse or plant operations experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work outdoors in demanding environments.
• On-call during nights and weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move materials safely using appropriate equipment (hand or forklift).
• Blend drilling fluids to meet properties and weights.
• Perform mud checks for product accuracy before dispatch.
• Load and unload materials from trucks.
• Shrink-wrap and secure materials for transport and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas.
• Deliver small loads or equipment to customer locations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
