Job summary

AES Drilling Fluids LLC in Pleasanton, TX is seeking Plant Operators for our mud plant and warehouse. This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts, day/night rotation, paid overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with year-end bonuses. You will blend products to specification, perform mud checks, assist with loading and warehouse duties, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED + 2 years of oilfield experience preferred.
• Forklift operator certification or ability to obtain same is required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record must be satisfactory to AES.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, physical fitness test and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Blends AES Drilling Fluids products to specified properties and weights.
• Performs mud checks to ensure product accuracy before dispatching loads.
• Checks and rolls storage drilling fluids tanks to prevent settling.
• Assists with motors, equipment and strapping tanks at the liquid mud plant as needed.
• Assists with driving to AES customer locations to deliver loads and equipment.
• Assists warehouse personnel with warehouse operations duties when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Warehouse/Assistant Warehouse Manager.
