Job summary

Jefferson RISE Charter School in Harvey, LA is seeking a highly organized MTSS Coordinator to lead behavior systems, PBIS, MTSS supports, and intervention processes. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with school leaders.

You will analyze data to identify needs, supervise the behavior team, and ensure timely supports for all students. This is an 11-month, full-time position reporting to the Senior Director and starting immediately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in education, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in education, student support, MTSS, PBIS, or related area.
• Experience analyzing student data to improve outcomes.
• Strong organizational, PM, and communication skills; proficient with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain behavior dashboards and intervention trackers.
• Analyze behavior, attendance, and academic data to identify trends.
• Lead data review meetings focused on student outcomes.
• Supervise and support the behavior team and interventions.
• Coordinate communication among staff, families, and administration.
