Job summary

UCP of Central Florida is seeking an Interventionist/Instructional Coach to work on campus with teachers and administrators, coordinating MTSS and delivering targeted instruction. The role includes coaching, data analysis, and implementing evidence-based practices within the UCP framework.

The successful candidate will have a Florida ESE endorsement, a reading endorsement, and 3+ years in exceptional student education, with strong leadership and collaborative planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Elementary or Exceptional Education.
• Florida ESE endorsement is required.
• Reading endorsement by June 2021.
• 3+ years of exceptional student education experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MTSS team and instructional data meetings.
• Provide direct instruction in small groups or 1:1.
• Lead coaching and professional development for staff.
• Collaborate with the Director of Curriculum and Instruction on coaching and data.
• Monitor fidelity of instructional practices and provide feedback.
• Model lessons, co-teach, and contribute to curriculum development.
