Coatesville Area School District seeks a dedicated MTSS Coach to support grades 6-8 with integrated MTSS implementation across Scott and North Middle Schools in Thorndale, PA. This full-time, permanent role focuses on data-driven instruction, differentiated supports, and collaboration with teachers, counselors, and administrators.
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with MTSS/RTI experience and are prepared for a district leadership role in improving student outcomes and ensuring positive
Formación
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- PA PDE Reading Specialist Certification preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years classroom teaching experience.
- Instructional coaching experience preferred.
- Experience implementing MTSS, RTI, or PBIS preferred.
- Master's Degree in Education or related field preferred.
- Experience with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) preferred.
- Knowledge of Special Education and Section 504 preferred.
- Experience using instructional technology and AI tools preferred.

What You’ll Do
The Grades 6-8 Middle School Integrated Multi-Tiered System of Supports (I-MTSS) TeacherCoachserves as a district instructional leader responsible for supporting teachers, instructional teams, and administrators in the implementation of a comprehensive Integrated Multi-Tiered System of Supports (I-MTSS) framework. This position focuses on improving student outcomes through high-quality instruction, data-informed decision-making, differentiated supports, and collaborative problem-solving that addresses students' academic, behavioral, attendance, and social-emotional needs.
The I-MTSSTeacherCoachworks collaboratively with classroom teachers, principals, interventionists, counselors, school psychologists, special education staff, and district leadership to build teacher capacity and ensure the effective implementation of evidence-based instructional and intervention practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- PA PDE Instructional Certificate Reading Specialist Certification, preferred
- Minimum five (5) years successful classroom teaching experience
- InstructionalCoachexperience, preferred
- Experience implementingMTSS, RTI, or PBIS, preferred
- Master's Degree in Education or related field, preferred
