Massage Envy Rockrimmon in Colorado Springs is seeking Stretch Providers to deliver Total Body Stretch services that enhance clients' flexibility, mobility, and performance. You’ll assess client needs and guide them through each session, ensuring clear expectations and personalized care.

Qualifications

• Licensed massage therapists must meet all licensing/certification requirements to perform services in Colorado.
• CPT path requires a bachelor’s degree or current personal training certification.
• MT Student must complete 300 hours of massage therapy education.
• Bodywork Specialist should have at least one year of relevant experience and appropriate licensing/certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized Total Body Stretch services to improve flexibility, mobility, and performance.
• Identify client needs and set clear expectations for each session.
• Maintain client communication throughout sessions to achieve goals.
• Suggest follow-up visits and additional services to support wellness goals.

Qualified Candidates:

• Are a Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapy Student, or Bodywork Specialist?
• If MT: Satisfy all licensing/certification requirements to perform services in Colorado.
• If CPT: Have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field OR a current personal training certification from an accredited program
• If MT Student: Have completed 300 hours of massage therapy education
• If Bodywork Specialist: Have worked a minimum of one year in fitness coaching, therapeutic bodywork or related field AND meet field-specific education and licensing/certification requirements.
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Are eager for growth and desire to build on their bodywork mastery

Day-to-Day:

• Deliver customized Total Body Stretch services to promote clients’ flexibility, mobility and performance
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
