The Machine Operator role is responsible for the set-up and operation of the workstation and the equipment. The employee must also monitor the product's process and quality and make necessary corrections to it to maintain a steady flow of quality products to the customer.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
Must attend, complete, and implement required in-house training.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, tape measures, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situation.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.
