Tomorrow Begins Today, a member of the Optum family, seeks a Masters-level Licensed Social Worker for our Toledo, OH office. You will provide outpatient therapy to a diverse patient population, with flexibility for occasional telehealth sessions.

Primary duties include delivering individual, couples, and family therapy, assessing mental health conditions, creating treatment plans, and coordinating with healthcare resources. On-site work is required with potential telehealth flexibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• Active and unrestricted LSW in Ohio or able to obtain license within 90 days.
• Ability to work on-site at the Toledo, OH office.

Responsibilities

• Provide services and therapy to individuals, couples, and families, primarily onsite.
• Assess and evaluate mental health conditions.
• Develop, review, and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Assist patients and families to change behaviors and access resources.
