Job summary

Hospice Home Care in Hot Springs, AR seeks a compassionate Social Worker to provide psychosocial support to patients and families. You will assess needs, counsel, coordinate resources, and collaborate with the care team to deliver holistic hospice services.

The role emphasizes education on advance directives, documentation, and liaison with community resources. A MSW or BS in Social Work and state licensure are required, with hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MSW or BSW accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
• Current licensure to practice in state of operation.
• Minimum of one year of health care experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills.
• Must have a licensed driver with insured automobile.

Hospice Home Care is seeking a passionate, dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Hot Springs, AR. Our Social Worker s provide emotional support, counseling, and resource coordination to patients facing terminal illness. This role plays a key part in the delivery of holistic care and ensures that patients' psychosocial needs are met with dignity and respect . Qualifications

• A graduate of a master's program in social work (MSW) accredited by the Council on Social Work Education OR A graduate of a bachelor's program in social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Meets personnel qualifications stated in
• 418.114(b)(3).
• Minimum of one (1) years' experience in health care, hospice experience preferred. Understands hospice philosophy, and issues of death/dying.
• Experience in a hospice care preferred.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
• Current licensure according to Medicare guidelines to practice in state of operation.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order.
