• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Licensed Graduate Social Work Licensure required.
• 1–3 years social work experience preferred, inpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality therapeutic care tailored to age, diagnoses, and mental status of clients.
• Initiate and perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement interventions.
• Assist clients in developing self-respect, dignity, and self-actualization.
• Document services and report to referral sources.
• Coordinate discharge planning with team and community resources.
• Diffuse crises to ensure safety of clients and staff.
• Assess and address suspected abuse/neglect; promote patient-family-community relations.
