Job summary

As a Master's Social Worker in our Case Management Department, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients and their families through some of life’s most challenging moments. You’ll guide them through emotional, social, and practical implications of medical situations while coordinating meaningful programs and services that improve quality of life.

Requirements include an MSW and SC licensure (LSW/LCSW), Basic Life Support certification, and 2–4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited School of Social Work.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in South Carolina (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) (required).

Responsibilities

• Interview clients and families to assess social and emotional needs
• Coordinate and plan individualized programs and activities
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support
• Help families understand the complexities and lifestyle impacts of medical conditions
