Job summary

Mindify Wellness and Care seeks Master of Social Work graduates to deliver behavioral health services at partner adult day centers in East Orange, Newark, and South Amboy. MSW degree and NJ licensure eligibility are required or preferred, with onsite availability and strong care coordination skills.

Clinicians receive an established caseload, clinical supervision when needed, malpractice coverage, and referrals matched to experience and interests.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work degree from an accredited program.
• Eligibility to provide assigned services under applicable New Jersey licensing, supervision, and payer requirements.
• Current LSW status, pending LSW application, or eligibility to pursue applicable New Jersey social work licensure is preferred.
• Ability to provide onsite services in East Orange, Newark, and/or South Amboy.
• Ability to complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
• Strong communication, organization, and care-coordination skills.
• Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conducting behavioral health screenings and assessments.
• Assisting with the development and updating of individualized treatment plans.
• Providing individual, family, couples, and/or group behavioral health services under appropriate supervision.
• Using evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches.
• Helping clients develop coping skills, emotional-regulation strategies, and treatment goals.
• Identifying and appropriately escalating urgent clinical concerns.
• Completing accurate and timely assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborating with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, supervisors, and other treatment-team members.
• Coordinating referrals and connecting clients with community resources.
