Job summary

Riverwood Center is seeking a qualified individual to supervise and lead staff providing services to juvenile offenders with a history of violent behavior. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant discipline, be licensed in Michigan, and possess significant experience in mental health services. This role includes direct service provision, documentation, and supervision of clinical practices, with a focus on recovery. Qualifications

• Must have at least one year experience as an MST clinician.
• Five or more years’ experience providing mental health services.
• Two or more years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff providing services to juvenile offenders.

• Plans and determines team work priorities and staff utilization.
