7-Eleven is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to ensure that essential store equipment remains operational. This role is vital in responding to service requests and managing repairs and maintenance tasks for various in-store equipment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of general maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00, along with comprehensive health coverage and a sign-on bonus.

Your Day‑to‑Day

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in‑store equipment (beverage & food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers, etc.)
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
• Perform additional duties such as training other Level I technicians, prioritizing work, and basic maintenance on structures

What You Bring To The Table

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in general repairs and maintenance
• Valid Driver’s License
• Leadership, peer‑to‑peer tech support, effective communication, stretch assignment handling, facility location ownership, and time management skills
