Job summary

MST Services seeks an MST-CAN Expert to train, guide, and support programs across the U.S. and abroad, ensuring adherence to the Multisystemic Therapy model for child abuse and neglect. You will partner with clinicians and system stakeholders to promote high-quality treatment and outcomes.

Role expands to booster trainings, conference workshop development, and peer workgroups. Domestic and international travel required; evenings/weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in psychology or related field OR Master’s + two years as MST-CAN Supervisor or MST Expert.
• Strong foundation in family therapy, behavioral therapy and child development.
• Ability to teach, train, or present to professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly consultation to MST-CAN or MST-BSF teams.
• Deliver training and implementation support to supervisors and therapists.
• Lead portions of MST-CAN Orientation and Supervisor Orientation.
• Coordinate quarterly booster trainings and materials.
• Engage in QA and CQI processes and provide feedback on protocols.
• Serve as a resource for research-supported interventions and MST-CAN components.
• Collaborate with a Manager of Clinical Implementation for quality assurance.
