To support our success and growth with MSSPs, we are in search of a dedicated ERM MSSP Specialist to cover the Americas and bolster our MSSP sales team. As an ERM MSSP Specialist, you will combine your Threat Intelligence expertise with business savviness and your proven ability to share your knowledge with the analysts of the MSSP and enable them to make best use of the ERM platform. Through understanding what matters to our partners and positioning yourself as the technical focal point for all things ERM, you will help drive additional business through up-sell and cross-sell initiatives. You will position our company as the leading global provider of cyber intelligence and empower MSSPs to deliver External Cyber Risk Reduction to end customers.



Key Responsibilities

  • Learning the MSSP needs and PIRs, helping them configure their tailored environments in Check Point's ERM intelligence platform and supporting them customers tuning/training throughout engagement

  • Lead all technical aspects in onboarding new MSSPs and help ERM Support with dedicated MSSP technical issues

  • Train and enable MSSP teams on best practices for using ERM and extending its value to their end-customers, while considering the business perspective and the joint go-to-market

  • Initiate up-sell and cross-sell motions based on MSSPs growth and new product features

  • Joining meetings with MSSPs to present new product features and enable the teams to use them.

  • Drive cooperation & feedback loops from the MSSP with other ERM teams - Product, R&D, Support, Operations etc.



Qualifications

  • 3-4 years experience with intelligence analysis processes (army\federal included), including Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Web Intelligence (WEBINT) gathering, link analysis, and threat actor profiling.

  • Inherent passion for Infosec and service excellence, understanding of cybersecurity.

  • Investigative and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of analytical tools, including excel.

  • Customer facing background.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Fluent English (speaking and writing).

  • Fluent Spanish - an advantage.

  • A team player who is eager to learn new methods and develop themselves and their team.

  • Infosec certifications an advantage.

  • Customer facing background an advantage.

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
