Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a MSS Developer to build mission-critical analytics and applications for DoD missions. The role centers on creating operator-facing dashboards, data pipelines, and decision surfaces aligned to J7 workflows, with hands-on Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or AIP experience.

On-site positions are available across multiple locations; candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active security clearance at minimum Secret, potentially TS/SCI, depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• 4+ years of software or data engineering experience with 1.5+ years hands-on Palantir Foundry, Gotham, AIP, or MSS.

Responsibilities

• Build operator-facing dashboards, applications, and decision surfaces aligned to J7 mission workflows.
• Create self-service capabilities empowering operators to explore data independently.
• Build automated workflows delivering timely insights to stakeholders across the directorate.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across MSS deliverables.
• Develop data pipelines, ontology, and access controls on MSS and Palantir stack.
• Integrate external data sources into a well-modeled data foundation.
• Ensure AI/AIP workflows have a well-modeled data foundation and usable outputs.
• Collaborate with mission leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
