Job summary

Alliance Safety Council seeks a Member Service Representative Utility Person to support the Member Services Department with training and product knowledge for clients. The role requires dependable team members who can travel to satellite offices as needed and maintain a flexible schedule.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years in member service. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; strong communication and professional appearance are essential.

Summary

Member Service Representatives support the Member Services Department in all locations by providing support and assistance with training on products offered by the organization to our clients.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Functions

• Understand and follow all MSR Level I, II and III Essential Functions.
• Must be able to transfer to satellite offices as needed to perform all tasks at that satellite facility.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Dependable transportation.
• Flexible schedule.

Non-Essential Functions

• Other duties/tasks as may be assigned.

Computer Skills

• Must be able to learn how to correctly select courses while using the Alliance Safety Council computer systems and databases.

Other Skills and Abilities

• Must be dependable, able to communicate well with others, and act in a professional manner.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Work Schedule

Monday Saturday, days and times vary depending on office schedule. Occasionally one Saturday a quarter for training and development is required. Overtime may be required. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required including 1 3 years experience in the area of member service.
• Requires knowledge and understanding of English grammar, and basic computer skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
