We are seeking an Account Manager for our Remote Sales Team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing business relationships with key stakeholders within community practices and health system-owned offices and clinics. You will manage 25-40 existing customers in our specialty business within a geographic territory.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Physicians, Administrators, C-suite, Pharmacists, Nurses, etc.
  2. Identify potential opportunities to deliver value to each customer, including quantifying the financial impact where possible.
  3. Support the development of Therapeutic Interchange meetings (TIC), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and End-of-Quarter GPO optimization meetings with each customer.
  4. Function as the primary point of contact for McKesson Provider specialty for each customer.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams such as Onmark GPO, Clinical Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Customer Care, and others, coordinating internal and external meetings.
  6. Manage a book of business to achieve annual performance objectives including Gross Profit and Revenue, with additional objectives based on strategic priorities.
  7. Promote additional products and services to existing customers to ensure utilization of our support range.
Minimum Requirements

Degree or equivalent with typically 2+ years of relevant experience.

Education

4-year degree required, preferably in sales and marketing, business management, or healthcare-related field.

Critical Skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and drive decisions.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Conditions
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Willing to travel extensively (up to 30%) within the territory.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Remote/home office environment when not traveling.

Pay Range: $30.45 - $50.75

Total Target Cash (TTC) includes base pay plus target incentives.
