Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated MSP Tier 2 Remote Technician to become an essential part of our team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing crucial on-site support across our diverse client base in the San Diego area.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux
2. Knowledge of Windows PowerShell & Command line troubleshooting
3. Experience with Linux & Linux Command Line
4. Understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), and Group Policy
5. Familiarity with Hypervisors (VMWare ESX, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
6. Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
7. Experience in Firewall Management, VLANS, and VPN
8. Experience with VOIP System Management & Troubleshooting
9. Familiarity with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
10. Experience with hardware installation and configuration
11. Familiarity with Printer Management, including configurations and driver installation.
12. Experience with Managed Antivirus, EDR, MFA, SSO
13. Knowledge of RMM Systems
14. Experience working with PowerShell & Batch Scripts
15. Understanding of Backup and Disaster Recovery Systems
16. Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Vultr)
17. Experience in Office 365/Google Workspace Management and Administration
18. Experience with Managed Antivirus, EDR, MFA, SSO, SSL/TLS
19. CompTIA A+, Network+ a bonus
