Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in system and network engineering or similar role.
• Familiarity with VPN technologies and network security best practices.
• Experience with on-premise infrastructure including Windows Server and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure including managed switches and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Teams.

Skills

Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching)

Experience with managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access points

Microsoft 365 administration and migrations

Proficiency in Azure AD / Entra ID

Cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
