Job summary

Cross Country is seeking a MSP Program Billing Analyst to ensure timely and accurate processing of timesheets and invoices via VMS tools. You will resolve provider and client inquiries with a customer-focused approach.

The role requires 3+ years in billing (staffing preferred), MSP/VMS experience, and strong Excel/data analysis skills. Collaboration with MSP Operations and multiple departments is essential to optimize client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 3 years’ billing experience, preferably in staffing.
• MSP/VMS staffing experience is highly desired.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience with attention to detail.
• Client facing and relationship-building experience; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly pay/bill cycle to ensure error-free processing.
• Enter timesheets/expenses into VMS from various sources.
• Process timesheet integration and manage integration exceptions.
• Audit timesheets/expenses against client billing rules.
• Invoicing for hours worked and other revenue (travel, housing subsidies).
• Distribute invoices per customer requests and deadlines.
• Process timesheet adjustments and debit/credit entries in VMS.
• Research and resolve billing inquiries with high-level customer service.
