Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated MSP Automation Engineer to drive operational efficiency through designing, building, and maintaining RPA workflows using tools like Power Automate and Rewst. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Automation Development and Maintenance
  • Design, build, test, and deploy RPA workflows.
  • Maintain and optimize automation solutions.
  • Process Analysis and Improvement
    • Analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and document SOPs.
  • Tool Integration and Management
    • Integrate workflows with MSP tools, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance.
  • Testing and Monitoring
    • Test workflows, monitor performance, and perform updates.
  • Strategy and Collaboration
    • Contribute to automation strategy, collaborate with teams, and communicate progress.
  • Training and Continuous Learning
    • Provide user training and stay updated on automation trends.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years in RPA development or related roles.
    • Experience with Power Automate, Rewst, or similar tools.
    • Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript).
    • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data visualization tools.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills.
    • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
