Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and staff functions on the ICU, overseeing patient care from entry to discharge
• Oversee the care of patients with neurological incidents, respiratory failure, MI, GI bleed, trauma, overdose
• Develop objectives, policies, and procedures aligned with the hospital mission and values
• Participate in quality improvement activities and ensure accreditation compliance
• Provide leadership and guidance to new staff and advise on standards of care and equipment
