Cape Fox Federal Integrators is seeking a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (RiderCoach) to support theU.S. Army requirements in the execution of teaching a motorcycle Basic Rider Course (BRC) and an Advanced Rider Course (ARC). Typically, two BRC's or two BRC's and one ARC are taught per week (weekdays only) throughout the training season of March into October.
The total hourly pay for this non‑exempt position ($28.43 per hour for up to 40 hours per week) is comprised of a base hourly rate of $ 23.34 plus $5.09 per hour Health & Welfare (H&W) for up to 40 hours per week as required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations.

Instructors provide standardized motorcycle training to military members at designated Army Installations. The instructor is responsible for facilitating BRC and ARC classes which includes both classroom and range instruction. The instructor is also responsible for maintaining class paperwork, pre‑class preparation, online recording of information, and submission of completed paperwork.
The Instructor must possess applicable motorcycle safety instructor certification as a RiderCoach.
