Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Redmond is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee global BI projects. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in project management within a global delivery model and 7+ years in Software Development. You will develop project plans, manage resources both onshore and offshore, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. This is a full-time position, and eligible candidates must be US citizens or hold EAD GC/GC.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in managing projects in a global delivery model.
• Overall experience of 7+ years in Software Development.
• Good experience in managing BI projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, and closing phases.
• Develop project charters and documentation.
• Maintain project plans and communicate status.
• Run daily scrum meetings.
• Ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Manage end to end project life cycle (initiation, planning, execution, and closing phases of projects)

Develops project charters, and assists in the writing of documentation, project scope and documentation as needed

Develop and maintain project plans that align with project scope, clearly illustrate the team’s progress, and serve as the foundation to report the status of the project

Risk assessment and mitigation plans, communicate status and escalate concerns via status reports and communication to key stakeholders

Coordinate with Business Sponsors, Analysts and Engineering teams throughout the Project life cycle

Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality

Run daily scrum meeting with key stakeholders to review the project progress

Manage resources at onshore/offshore
