FUJIFILM Biosciences is seeking a Process Engineer, MSAT, to lead technology transfer and scale-up projects for manufacturing processes. You will design, run, and evaluate test batches, translate findings into controls, and support troubleshooting and process improvements across multiple facilities.

The role requires a BS in Chemical Engineering with 5+ years in process engineering, cGMP knowledge, and strong collaboration across R&D, manufacturing, and quality.

Formación

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing, development, tech transfer, or investigations.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, validation, change control, deviations, CAPA, and controlled docs.
• Experience in technology transfer, process development, scale-up, and test-batch execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology transfer for new and modified products and processes.
• Manage process development, scale-up, testing, and manufacturing-readiness activities.
• Perform technical investigations (deviations, failures, trends) and implement corrective actions.
• Support formulation feasibility and manufacturability assessments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Provide cross-functional technical support for equipment qualification, process validation, and changes.
