Focused HR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled MS Power Platform Developer to join our team on a hybrid schedule with 2 days on-site in Raleigh, NC each week. The successful candidate will design and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages and Dataverse to support data collection, management and reporting.

Qualifications include 7+ years in MS Power Platform development, proficiency in PowerApps/Power Pages/Dataverse, SQL knowledge, and a CS-related degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Power Apps (Canvas, Pages and Model-Driven Apps).
• Build secure portals using Power Pages or Canvas for internal and external users.
• Develop and manage data models within Dataverse to support structured public health data collection.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
• Implement role-based access control and data security best practices.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Maintain documentation for system architecture, data models, and processes.
• Implement SQL database connector within Dataverse to enable PowerApps to query a local SQL database, automate cross-checks between a currently authenticated Portal user and the SQL DB to ensure that there is a user match.

Developer Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MS Power Platform Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an innovative centralized solution for collection, management and reporting using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, and Dataverse. This role will focus on developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Pages to support both internal staff and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong experience in data architecture, system integration, and scalable application development.

The primary focus of this role will be to design and develop a centralized reporting tool with enhanced user experience for data entry, automating user authentication and verification processes, and delivering training to the business.
