Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy with an unrestricted license.
• Appointment with CWRU SOM at the level commensurate with experience.
• Fellowship training in some specialties.
• Board certified or board eligible in specified medical specialty.
• Experience with EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides and manages direct patient care, including examinations and treatment for a specified patient population.
• Prescribes pharmaceuticals and treatment regimens as appropriate.
• Refers patients to specialists and to relevant care components.
• Trains and supervises medical students and residents.
• May manage daily operations of a medical program or research function.
• Maintains faculty status with the CWRU SOM.
• Adheres to physician policies and PHI safeguarding.
