Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN - MS to join our Medical Surgical unit in Michigan. The role supports a 60-bed unit with mixed acuity, focusing on safety, patient-centered outcomes, and collaborative care.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of straight Med-Surg experience, a valid Michigan nursing license, and BLS certification; trauma experience is a plus. Orientation support and ongoing learning opportunities are provided.

Competenze

• 2+ years of straight Medical Surgical experience
• Level II or I Trauma experience
• Michigan nursing license required
• BLS (AHA) certification required

Mansioni

• Provide patient-centered care in a 60-bed Med-Surg unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure safety and quality
• Support orientation and ongoing learning for new staff
