Qualifications

• Valid Iowa Coaching Endorsement or Coaching Authorization required.
• Strong communication, public relations and interpersonal skills.
• Coaching and/or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MS athletic program for girls volleyball and manage staff.
• Develop practice plans and schedule time for individual and team development.
• Instruct players on rules, techniques and sportsmanship.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and eligibility rules.
• Coordinate with parents/guardians and school administrators as needed.
