Job summary

PCM CSD is seeking an MS Girls' Track Coach (Anticipated) to lead and supervise the girls' track program. The role focuses on developing student skill, teamwork, discipline and self-esteem within a safe, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include staying current with track techniques, enforcing rules, coaching individuals as directed by the head coach, ensuring safety, communicating with students, parents, staff and administration, and adhering to district policies for extracurricular

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and administration.
• Adhere to all district policies and guidelines related to extracurricular activities.

Yearly stipend - $2,204

Purpose

To provide leadership, supervision and organization of a specific athletic activity and to carry out the objectives of the total athletic program, to include helping each participating student achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline, and an increased level of self-esteem.
