How You Will Impact Education

Instruction/Education Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement instruction following company philosophy, goals, and standards.
  • Create purposeful, effective lesson plans maximizing learning time.
  • Present subject matter with real-world applications to maximize learning opportunities.
  • Review student records to understand abilities and needs; maintain accurate records.
  • Maximize each student's educational achievement.
  • Use diverse learning modalities and differentiated instruction.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments regularly.
  • Assess strengths and weaknesses, provide activities to meet student needs, and generate progress reports.
  • Refer students with learning issues to support staff.
  • Assign and correct student work, review oral presentations, and coordinate class activities.
  • Prepare students for state assessments.
  • Stay current with subject knowledge and share insights for curriculum improvement.
  • Assist in curriculum revision and selection of instructional materials.
  • Familiarize with supplemental services beneficial to students.
Provide a Classroom Environment Conducive to Learning
  • Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Maintain positive rapport, patience, and nurturing support.
  • Ensure classroom cleanliness and display student work.
  • Implement policies on student conduct and develop classroom rules.
Instructional Planning
  • Develop and prepare lesson plans aligned with goals.
  • Design activities to meet objectives and student needs.
  • Show evidence of preparation and participate in curriculum planning.
  • Incorporate diagnostic and IEP data into planning.
School/Community Relations
  • Establish cooperative relations and communicate with parents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records.
  • Participate in parent communication and extracurricular activities.
Required Qualifications And Skills

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid teaching certification (if applicable).
  • 1-3 years of successful teaching experience or internship.
  • Knowledge of learning theories and content area expertise.
  • Background check clearance.
  • Adherence to ethical standards in education.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Typical school conditions, possibly noisy during high traffic.
  • No significant physical exertion required.
