Qualifications

• Previous cheerleading experience required; coaching youth programs preferred.
• Experience with middle school students or youth athletics preferred.

• Knowledge of safety best practices for cheerleading.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and oversee the USN Middle School Cheer program.
• Develop structured practice plans focused on skill development.
• Coordinate with Athletic Director to set goals and schedules.
• Plan routines and performances for school events.
• Maintain health and safety protocols.
• Communicate regularly with families and staff.
