Qualifications

• Must be CPR/AED certified or willing to complete certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally, nonverbally, and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, plans, and leads the middle school soccer program in alignment with school policies and athletic standards.
• Plans and conducts team tryouts, selects student-athletes, and leads practices and training activities.
• Develops and implements instruction that build soccer skills, game strategies, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
• Evaluates student-athlete performance and provides ongoing instruction and feedback.
• Promotes a positive, inclusive, and respectful team environment supporting teamwork and personal growth.
• Supervises student-athletes during practices, games, travel, and other activities, enforcing safety and conduct expectations.
• Prepares for and manages games and related logistics and statistics, including lineups and strategies.
• Manages uniforms, equipment, and supplies, including distribution and inventory.
• Communicates schedules, expectations, and progress with students, families, and staff.
• Maintains records and completes required administrative responsibilities and program documentation.
