Qualifications

• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend and effectively coach all scheduled games.
• Establish the philosophy, skills and techniques to be taught to the student-athlete; promote growth in skills and teamwork.
• Lead and be present at practices; guide staff and assign duties; analyze staff effectiveness.
• Ensure coaches work together towards common goals; promote sportsmanship and safety; monitor student eligibility.
• Coordinate with feeder schools and youth leagues; schedule competitions; maintain inventory of uniforms and equipment.
