Job summary

Applitrack is seeking individuals for Supplemental MS Basketball Coach positions. Applicants must complete the online application with all required documents and meet certification and age requirements.

Applicants should possess a current Florida Educator Certification or Athletic Coaching Certification and a Basic Life Support (First Aid/CPR/AED) credential. Reference letters are not required for CCPS staff.

The Florida Department of Education issues two types of Athletic Coaching Certificates:

1. 3-Year Temporary Certificate (Issued ONLY to give a coach the opportunity to complete the requirements for the 5-Year Certificate. It is NOT renewable.)
2. 5-Year Athletic Coaching Certificate

WHO NEEDS IT?

• Coaches who are paid a supplement from the school District but DO NOT hold a Temporary or Professional Educator Certificate.
• Volunteer Coaches who are employees of the Collier County Public Schools, but do not hold a Temporary or Professional Educator’s Certification.
