Job summary

Charm Industrial is seeking an MRV Analyst to scale data gathering, QA, and reporting for its carbon removal program. You will own day-to-day data collection, verification readiness, and coordination with verifiers, registries, and internal teams to keep reporting accurate and audit-ready.

Based in Ft. Lupton, Colorado, you will work with operations, engineering and development to optimize CDR reporting packages, support audits, and drive continuous improvements in MRV processes.

• Comfort breaking down ambiguous challenges into actionable steps and solutions.
• Proven ability to work with diverse teams, ensuring alignment and accountability across multiple departments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to translate compliance requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of working with the operations side of the business on a day to day basis

Responsibilities

• Ensure key operational, monitoring, and compliance data required for CDR project reporting is delivered to MRV on time and on spec.
• Maintain and optimize the reporting templates, data rules, and standard values for CDR project reporting.
• Collaborate with MRV platforms (Mangrove, Isometric Certify) and IT to ensure efficient reporting.
• Own QA of incoming and outgoing data, ensuring error-free and properly evidenced reporting.
• Be an internal MRV evangelist, building cross-functional relationships to promote MRV best practices.
• Own CDR reporting, manage audits, address VVB findings, and maintain verification success.
• Drive reductions in time and overhead to verify and credit CDR across assets and pathways.
• Ensure data collection, monitoring, and reporting systems scale to higher demand and collaborate with MRV teams to optimize systems.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and MRV standards to continuously improve MRV processes.
