Job summary

Goldbelt Inc. seeks a cyber/data analyst to support Space Force missions, performing data analysis, dashboard design, and mission assurance tasks. You will normalize data, enter it into MADSS/Power BI, and deliver insights to enhance cyber posture.

Minimum 2 years in cyber/data analysis, DoD 8140.01 certs (CISSP/Security+), TS/SCI required. Strong communication and collaboration skills in a defense-focused environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in cyber analysis, data analysis, cyber security, mission assurance, or operational analysis.
• DoD 8140.01 qualifying certification such as CISSP, Security+, or equivalent.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Data Science, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Space Force missions, systems, assets, and capabilities and translate into actionable content for cyber mission assurance.
• Normalize, clean, manipulate, transform, and analyze data from complex systems, assets, networks and processes.
• Enter cross-functional cyber security data into MADSS or Power BI.
• Design, enhance, and optimize dashboards and visualization tools.
• Upload cyber security reports and references to the database.
• Provide quality assurance review for data input into MADSS or similar repositories.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to leadership to improve the program.
• Collaborate with Mission Analyst teammates on data initiatives and integrations.
• Submit updates for relevant technical documentation, standards, guides, and training.

Overview

Nisga'a CIOPS delivers cleared professionals to support civilian and DoD customers worldwide across intelligence support, cyber/defensive cyber operations, IT O&M, infrastructure modernization, training, and logistics.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Leverage your technical IT abilities to analyze Space Force missions, systems, assets, and capabilities, then translate that knowledge into actionable content to support the cyber portion of mission assurance.
• Perform data normalization, cleaning, manipulation, transformation, and analysis of complex systems, assets, networks, and operational processes.
• Manually enter cross-functional cyber security data into the customer's database and visualization tools such as Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS) or Power BI.
• Design, enhance, and optimize dashboards or visualization tools provided by the customer.
• Upload the cyber security reports and references used for data input, visualization, or modeling to the customer's database.
• Provide quality assurance review for all data to be input into MADSS or similar data repositories.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to the Lead and/or stakeholders to enhance the program or leadership's decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Mission Analyst teammates on data initiatives, integrations, and other system‑focused needs to enhance the customer's cyber security posture.
• Submit updates for relevant technical documentation, standards, guides, and training.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Able to understand and differentiate between critical and non‑critical systems, assets, networks, and operational processes.
• Stay updated on emerging data analysis technologies and trends that would affect the customer's cyber security initiatives or decision‑making.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of cyber analysis, data analysis, cyber security, mission assurance, or operational analysis experience.
• Must possess a DoD 8140.01 qualifying certification such as CISSP, Security+, or equivalent.
• TS/SCI Required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Data Science, or similar.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
