Job summary

CRC Industries seeks a Materials Planner/Purchasing professional to plan and order raw materials, BOMs, and containers while ensuring accurate pricing and on-time delivery. You will collaborate with suppliers, QA, and R&D to maintain data integrity and drive efficient supply chains.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, strong MRP/purchasing experience, and a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing setting with logistics, ordering & planning
• Experience with MRP, purchasing, BOM, and inventory control systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Business Mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Plan and order direct materials including chemicals, containers, valves, cartons and buttons
• Schedule orders using MRP and manage inventory to meet segment needs
• Create and confirm purchase orders, ensure accurate pricing and delivery
• Maintain stocking levels and economic order quantities per SKU
• Communicate changes to vendors and resolve order discrepancies
• Support safety and compliance programs and partner with QA/R&D as needed
• Support monthly SIOP planning and internal process improvements
