Job summary

Northrop Grumman Propulsion Systems in Utah is seeking to hire multiple MRP Demand Planning professionals at Level 3 or 4 to join our team near Clearfield and Magna. The roles support MRP, demand, and scheduling systems, serving as a SME and primary contact for various functional groups.

Primary salary ranges are provided, with standard 9/80 schedule and potential bonuses; the company emphasizes a strong culture of innovation and teamwork across DoD-relevant programs.

Qualifications

• Level 3 requires a Bachelor's with 4+ years or Master's with 2+ years in data management and analysis.
• Level 4 requires a Bachelor's with 6+ years or Master's with 4+ years in data management and analysis.
• An additional 9+ years of direct MRP management or data management experience can substitute for a degree.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and experience in implementations and execution of countermeasures.
• SME in Excel and ability to produce technical reports quickly.
• Strong project management skills and ability to document processes.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to a variety of complex MRP and demand problems, researching options without manager guidance.
• Collaborate with peers and business partners to identify workflows and standardize processes to improve cost and efficiency.
• Set standards for business processes and train and gatekeep those standards across functions.
• Evaluate and determine best tools for data mapping, mining, transformation, and integration.
• Execute through contracts the sales order line entries to ensure proper demand and configuration.
• Act as an MRP SME, point of contact, and key resource for many functional groups.
