Job summary

Kraft Heinz Holland is seeking an experienced MRO Buyer & Stockroom Coordinator to lead end-to-end MRO purchasing and storeroom operations at the Holland Factory. You will manage sourcing, quotations, POs, expediting, receipt, and invoice reconciliation while maintaining inventory accuracy and cycle counts.

You will partner with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, Finance, and suppliers to balance equipment reliability, service levels, and working capital, proactively identifying supply risks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CMMS systems, SAP preferred.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own MRO purchasing process from request to receipt and reconciliation.
• Solicit supplier quotations considering cost, lead time, quality and service.
• Generate POs from approved requisitions per site and corporate rules.
• Source replacement parts and services for maintenance activities.
• Expedite critical/late orders and communicate supply risks.
• Maintain accurate supplier data and pricing in systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain storeroom organization (5S).
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Finance on parts availability and cost.

Education

High school diploma or GED

CMMS experience (SAP preferred)

Experience in regulated manufacturing (FDA/NRC)
