Job summary

Crown Technical Systems is seeking a Material Handler - MRO in Dallas, TX. This role reports to the Materials Manager and involves monitoring inventory, staging materials, and supporting production with accurate BOM-based material flow.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least one year in shipping/logistics, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and an MRP/ERP system. Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented abilities.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiar with cycle counting, picking and posting, and working with an MRP/ERP system.
• Ability to operate powered equipment including forklifts and scissor lifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and movement in the tool crib area.
• Stage materials and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.
• Perform physical inventory and cycle counts; verify quantities in ERP.
• Pull and stage material for manufacturing per BOM and work orders.
• Distribute materials to production while verifying model numbers and quantities.
