Job summary

KARL STORZ North America is seeking a MRO Buyer to support operations at our Auburn, MA location. On-site role, five days a week, coordinating indirect goods and services procurement and supplier relationships across multiple departments to ensure continuity of supply and data integrity.

You will drive sourcing initiatives, cost savings, and process improvements while collaborating with Operations, Facilities, Quality, Receiving, Warehouse, Finance, and Compliance to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in purchasing, procurement, or related fields.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for indirect materials, services, MRO, and capex across assigned areas.
• Process requisitions, create and maintain purchase orders, ensure pricing and delivery accuracy.
• Build and manage supplier relationships; lead supplier evaluations and onboarding.
• Drive cost savings, spend analysis, and process optimization.
• Monitor inventory and support replenishment planning to ensure supply continuity.
