Job summary

JTEC Consulting LLC is seeking a highly experienced MRO Functional SME to support MRO-Supply initiatives with ERP implementation expertise. The role requires DoD clearance, a bachelor's degree, and 10+ years of MRO SME experience, including legacy Air Force fund systems.

Responsibilities include backlog grooming, delivering iterative solutions, and coordinating with Air Force partners while applying best practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

10+ years of related experience in MRO functional domains.
Current DoD security clearance at Secret level or Public Trust eligibility for Secret.
Experience with legacy Air Force working capital fund systems (D035J/FIABS, SMAS, GAFS-BQ/BL).
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable business solutions and lead discussions across teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as Functional SME for MRO-Supply.
Define the Definition of Ready for sprint items and assist backlog grooming.
Deliver working software in each iteration (configuration and development).
Support Air Force working capital fund with ERP exposure.
Interact with Air Force trading partners.
Develop test planning materials and test scripts.
Execute tests through release and assist production deployment.
Implement best practices to drive continuous improvements.
