Job summary

eShocan LLC in Indiana is seeking a MRO Crib Attendant to manage daily crib operations, receive materials, and maintain accurate inventory records. You will issue supplies to authorized personnel and perform cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.

The role requires attention to detail, safe handling, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, with certification where required. A reliable, independent worker is preferred for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-3 years warehouse/inventory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Excel experience a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming MRO inventory and verify items against packing slips; place materials in crib/warehouse locations.
• Record disbursements accurately and issue items to authorized personnel as needed.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
• Replenish inventory based on usage, reorder points, and crib stocking requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse crib with proper labeling and housekeeping.
• Safely move inventory to elevated racks and storage locations using approved methods and equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment if certified.
• Communicate shortages, damaged items, discrepancies, and safety concerns to the supervisor or manager.
• Support maintenance and production teams with timely, accurate crib service.
