Resilience is seeking an MRO Project Coordinator in Port Union, Ohio. The successful candidate will manage project activities related to maintenance, spare parts, and asset lifecycle management within a high-tech biomanufacturing environment.

The role requires experience in manufacturing and proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards, developing maintenance strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Experience in meeting facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and manage schedules for project deliverables.
• Develop work packages for spare parts and maintenance strategy.
• Maintain spare parts inventory for accuracy and availability.
• Execute maintenance transactions in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Reliability Engineers for optimization.
• Participate in installation and qualification of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality and regulatory standards.
• Support audits maintaining accurate maintenance records.
• Coordinate asset lifecycle management activities.

Skills
