Job summary
Healthforce is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 3-week travel assignment in Burlington, Vermont. Start date 09/17/2026 for a 12-hour night shift (3x12 Nights) in a hospital setting. You will float between inpatient and outpatient locations, performing Philips MRI exams, ensuring image quality and patient safety.
Epic EMR proficiency and ARRT/ARMRIT license are required, with BLS certification. Weekly pay is provided, with no guaranteed hours; travel support and assignment coordination are via
Qualifications
- Active ARRT or ARMRIT license; MR advanced licensure required.
- MRI experience: minimum 1 year; teaching hospital experience preferred.
- Philips MRI system experience and Epic EMR proficiency required.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations using Philips MRI systems, ensuring image quality and adherence to protocol
- Screen patients for safety, verify orders, obtain informed consent when applicable, and position patients with appropriate coils
- Choose imaging sequences, monitor during exams, and address patient comfort and safety throughout the study
- Produce diagnostic-quality images, review for technical adequacy, and document findings in Epic per unit policy
- Collaborate with radiology team, technologists, and clinical staff to coordinate workflow and meet patient care needs
- Adhere to safety standards, BLS requirements, and MRI safety policies; float between inpatient and outpatient locations as assigned
