Prenuvo is seeking an MRI Training Technologist III to lead the development, implementation, and continual improvement of MRI training programs across its clinics. You will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with MRI technologists, radiologists, and clinic leadership to ensure top-tier imaging and patient care.

The role involves creating comprehensive curricula, onboarding and ongoing education, and advancing competencies with a focus on safety, QA, and adoption of advanced MRI

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and continually improve MRI training programs across Prenuvo clinics.
• Serve as SME and clinical education leader, collaborating with MRI technologists, radiologists, and clinic leadership.
• Design curricula covering imaging protocols, scanner operation, patient positioning, safety, QA, and care.
• Create training materials, assessments, reference resources, and e-learning content.
• Apply adult learning principles, simulations, hands-on instruction, and case-based learning to education.
• Collaborate on scalable MRI education strategy and support new clinic openings.
• Support protocol standardization and adoption of new imaging technologies and AI tools.
• Establish competency frameworks and ongoing evaluation of trainee performance.
• Mentor MRI staff and ensure ongoing professional development across the network.
• Ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
