Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking an MRI Technologist for our Houston, TX clinic. You will operate the MRI scanner, ensure patient safety, and deliver high-quality Prenuvo scans in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

The role requires ARMRIT or ARRT MR license, BLS, 2+ years of clinical MRI experience, and the ability to work on-site without visa sponsorship. On-site schedule includes Monday through Saturday, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong base knowledge of MRI imaging and patient safety.
• Licensed with the appropriate board: ARMRIT or ARRT (MR) (or equivalent).
• BLS - Basic Life Support.
• Completion of an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) program or radiologic technology program.
• Clinical work experience of at least 2 years.
• Ability to understand, perform and accurately complete all examinations on MRI equipment, following clinic practices and procedure.
• Proficiency running advanced MR studies independently.
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI Scanner and ensure patient safety while delivering high-quality Prenuvo scans.
• Order supplies, clean equipment, and prep scan room.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report to relevant department.
• Utilize PACS and other software systems.
• Post-process images and transfer to PACS.
• Lead and train new technologists in patient safety, room prep, and image acquisition.
